Apply for Financial Aid
See UA-PTC’s Financial Aid webpage for completing the FAFSA application, accessing the Financial Aid Portal, and applying for scholarships.
Set up Campus Portal Access
To set up access to your Campus Portal account, please complete the following:
1. Fill out the Password Reset form in the Campus Portal.
2. After completing the Password Reset form, your student identification number, e-mail address, and portal username will appear. Save this information!
3. Login to the portal by using the password you created and your portal username. If you just set up your student e-mail account, please allow 24 hours before accessing.

The tab you will use the most in the Campus Portal is the Students tab. Under the Students section you can:
Review Degree Plans
Before meeting with an academic advisor, review the degree plans offered at UA-PTC. Unsure about what you want to study? Take the O*Net Interest Profiler assessment.
Get Advised and Register for Classes
At New Student Orientation you will have the opportunity to meet with an Academic Advisor and register for classes. If you are unable to attend an in-person NSO, you can schedule an appointment to meet with an advisor.
Get your Student ID
UA-PTC students can get their Student ID badge at the following:
In addition to the Student ID, UA-PTC students can ask for the Metro Bus pass sticker to be added to their badge. This will allow students to ride the Metro Bus for free. Students must get a new sticker each semester.
Get your Parking Pass
1. Go to Student Accounts/Cashier’s office to fill out the form.
2. Return the form to receive your parking pass.
Get Textbooks
Students can purchase books from the bookstore at the Main Campus.
Blackboard Support
If you need support with understanding how to use Blackboard, see the different Blackboard tutorials offered, recommended technology for using Blackboard or visit the Learning Assistance Center for support.
