Students may pay for their classes or make a payment arrangement conveniently online. The following are visual instructions through the process. For additional payment options, please scroll below.
Log in to the Campus Portal .
After your logged in, select the Students tab from the top menu.
Under Quick Access, select the third bullet Pay for Classes/Payment Plan.
Under *Nelnet Payment Plans, select My Account Balances.
* UA-PTC accepts payments and payment plans through Nelnet.
From the drop-down menu, select the year/term to view your balance.
Scroll down and select Pay using Nelnet. You will be directed to Nelnet's website to create an account if you don't have one. Through Nelnet's website, you will be able to make a payment and set up a payment plan. Before logging out of Nelnet's website, please print your payment confirmation number. By Phone: UA-PTC accepts Discover, MasterCard, VISA, and American Express credit cards by phone. If you wish to use this method of payment, have your credit card ready. To make a payment by phone, contact (501) 812-2278.
By mail: If you pay by mail, do not send cash (for your protection). Make checks or money orders payable to University of Arkansas - Pulaski Technical College. Write your student ID number on all payments. This will ensure your account is properly credited. Write the student’s name on payment if different from the name on the check. Mail your check to:

Your canceled check is your receipt. Checks must be for the exact total and must be received by the Cashier’s Office by the announced deadline. No two-party checks will be accepted. A $30 fee is charged for each check returned by a banking institution.
In drop box: Make checks or money orders payable to University of Arkansas - Pulaski Technical College. Do not place cash in the drop box (for your protection). Write your student ID number on all payments. This will ensure your account is properly credited. Write the student’s name on payment if different from the name on the check. When the campus is open, deposit your payment in the drop box at the Cashier Window on the 2nd floor of the Campus Center Building at the Main Campus. This payment will be applied the next business day.
In person: When the campus is open, you can present cash, check, money order or credit card in person to the Cashier’s office on the 2nd floor of the Campus Center Building at the Main Campus.
Payment plan: To help meet your educational expenses, UA-PTC offers Nelnet, a tuition management plan that provides you with a low cost option for budgeting tuition and fees. It is not a loan program. There are no interest or finance charges assessed, and there is no credit check. The only cost to budget through Nelnet is a $25 per semester non-refundable Nelnet enrollment fee. You may enroll in a Nelnet Payment Plan via the Campus Portal.
