These ongoing procurement trainings and workshops are open for procurement end users, procurement approvers, cost center managers, requesters and administrators who are designated to create requisition. These trainings will consist of procurement policies, protocols, procedures, questions and answers time and hands-on trainings for better knowledge and understanding of the procurement processes.
Procurement 101 Overview Training - No Registration Required
This training will introduce end users to the procurement processes, protocols, responsibilities, requirements and the overall operation and function of the UA-PTC Office of Procurement.

This training will cover four procurement processes and is designed for the end users to get more hands-on training practice on each process of ordering goods and services. The session provides an open forum for questions and answers for each procurement process exercise.

These ongoing travel trainings and workshops are open to any faculty or staff members that will attend conferences or trainings. These sessions will consist of travel policies, protocols, procedures, questions and answers time and hands-on trainings for better knowledge and understanding of the travel processes.

These ongoing inventory and asset trainings are open to faculty or staff members that utilize institutional owned equipment and devices. These sessions will consist of inventory policies, protocols, procedures, and questions and answers time for better knowledge and understanding of inventory management.
Inventory and Assets 101 Overview and Workshop - No Registration Required
Learn about inventory control and asset management. Policies on maintaining and managing inventory will be reviewed and the procedures to transfer or move items between areas, off-campus equipment usage, new asset ordering, personal inventory tracking, and physical inventory.
