About La Patisserie

Located inside the UA-PTC Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management Institute (CAHMI), La Patisserie can be found on the first floor of the Culinary Arts building. All food is prepared by students in the Artisan Breads, Baking II, and Candies & Chocolate classes. Through their work, students gain hands-on experience in volume bakery production, customer & beverage services, and savory foods.

Patisserie Fall 2026 Schedule

The Patisserie will be open from Wednesday, September 16, through Wednesday, November 18.

Hours of operation are Wednesdays from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

We invite you to stop by and enjoy a variety of freshly baked pastries prepared by our students.

Menu

The menu changes weekly based on class production but typically includes:

• breakfast pastries
• sandwiches and soup
• cookies, desserts, and confections
• coffee and beverages
