About La Patisserie

Located inside the UA-PTC Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management Institute (CAHMI), La Patisserie can be found beneath the staircase on the first floor of the Culinary Arts building. All food is prepared by students in the Artisan Breads, Baking II, and Candies & Chocolate classes. Through their work, students gain hands-on experience in volume bakery production, customer & beverage services, and savory foods.

Hours

La Patisserie is open to students, faculty, staff, and the public on Wednesday mornings during the fall and spring semesters, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Menu

The menu changes weekly based on class production but typically includes:

• breakfast pastries
• sandwiches and soup
• cookies, desserts, and confections
• coffee and beverages
