UA - Pulaski Tech is dedicated to serving active duty, veteran, and their dependents from all branches of the military who are transferring to a four-year college, going straight into the workforce, or simply taking courses to further their education.
The Veterans Services office assists veterans and dependents with all aspects of the college experience including admission to the college, using educational benefits, academic advising and referral to other campus and community resources, as well as job search assistance.
The TRiO Veterans Upward Bound program is a pre-college program designed to provide qualifying veterans with the skills and motivation needed to enter, or reenter, college successfully. Services include academic and skills assessments, college preparation and refresher courses, tutoring, career exploration, and study skills and financial literacy workshops.
These two offices together coordinate services to more than 1,000 UA - Pulaski Tech veterans, reservists and dependents.
