WHAT IS FUTURE FIT?
Future Fit is a program designed to enhance technical skills for individuals who seek a career in advanced manufacturing.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Future Fit provides the training to obtain the skills needed to be competitive when looking for entry-level employment in the field of manufacturing regardless of your job history.
Participants can expect the following:
- Combination of instructor-led, hands-on, video, and online instruction
- Support from a learning coach
- Regular deadlines will be outlined
- Opportunity to become OSHA 10 certified
- Interviews with industry partners
- Smart resume
Although there is no guarantee of employment, participants should be actively seeking and willing to consider full-time job opportunities in the field of manufacturing at the conclusion of the training.

PROGRAM DETAILS
- Classes are held weekly at the UA-PTC Business and Industry Center
- Classes and events will take place at the following:
- 8 week program - Monday and Wednesday, 6-10 p.m.
- Career Fair - date and time to be announced
- Interviews with Industry Partners - date and time to be announced
- Up to 16 participants will be accepted into the program
ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS
- GED/ High School diploma
- Career Readiness Certificate
- Reliable Internet/Computer access
